After installing the asterisk_plus
module you need to go to PBX -> Settings -> General
and open the Billing
tab, and follow the steps below.
Odoo instance registration
Update your company data
Company Name, Company Email, Admin Name, Admin Email, Admin Phone fields are linked to corresponding Partners records, so changes here will be also reflected in other places.
WEB Base URL is copied from
web.base.url
system parameter, but is not linked to it, so if you safely change it here to the real address, that is accessibly from the internet by our billing system.
If your Odoo instance is not publicly accessible due to your corporate security policy restriction the only way to use our product is to buy the unlimited license that is not connected to our Billing System and is not limited to number of PBX users. For details contact our Sales department.
Partner and discount codes
If you have a Partner code or discount code enter it before registering your Odoo instance. If you don't see this fields that's also ok.
Get the registration code
Click the GET REGISTRATION CODE button and check your admin's email that you entered in the Billing Data section. You must receive an email with the registration code.
Copy the code and paste it in the Registration Code field. Your instance is registered.
Registration error
If your Odoo instance cannot be accessed by our Billing System you will get the error below. Make sure that you use proper URL scheme, e.g https instead of http.
Billing Subscription
Add your payment method
Click the Payment Profile button. You browser might block the popup with the Stripe billing page that is opened when you click this button. Allow the popup and click again.
Enter your Tax ID.
When it's done Save and close the page.
Subscribe or get a trial
When you get a trial you will no be charged during this period. When the trial period is over your payment source is charged the monthly transaction fee.
In the end of the month (your billing period "month") your payment source is charged according to the number of PBX users usage.
