Subscription invoices are located in the PAYMENT PROFILE.
When you click the PAYMENT PROFILE button a new browser tab must be opened with your temporary access to your billing data.
Make sure your browser did not block new tab opening!
If new tab does not open you must allow it to be opened as shown on the screenshot below.
You can access your invoices at the bottom of the billing page as shown below.
